You can change the Microsoft Office 365 Update Channel using the following commands in an elevated CMD box. It will change the channel and then install the latest version of Office from THAT CHANNEL.

N.B. This only applies to Click2Run versions of Office.

 

C:\> cd "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun"
C:\> .\OfficeC2RClient.exe /changesetting Channel=MonthlyEnterprise
C:\> .\OfficeC2RClient.exe /update user
